Dear Mary Frangie and Michelle Sealy, On February 20th, 2006, I had plastic surgery performed on my face. After surgery, I stayed the night in the patient care facility. Kim was my nurse during the surgery. She stayed with me most of the evening and the following day. Because of Kim’s knowledge and stellar bedside manner, the entire experience became more of a positive than negative experience. I was anxious and Kim helped me alleviate these fears. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, she has empathy for others. She is thoughtful and considerate as well. I truly believe this "ordeal" wouldn't have gone as smoothly for me if Kim had not been at my side. She is an asset to at home health care and would be a true asset to any business. She is great.
